OUR STORY
We started Balqees with one dream: to bring Yemen's rich flavours and warm spirit to Memphis. Growing up in the lively streets of Ibb, the aromas of slow-cooked meats, spices, and freshly baked bread were always a part of us. Cooking was how our families gathered, celebrated, and showed love.
